HOWWEBUILD
Every project starts with research, not assumptions. From there we model the system, design the artifact, and validate it in the real world.
Research
Map what exists, identify the gaps, and explore possible approaches before writing a line of code or cutting a trace.
Model
Feasibility, architecture, and system planning. Define what gets built and how the pieces fit.
Design
Schematics, UX, hardware layouts, and detailed technical specification.
Prototype
Build, validate in the field, iterate, and hand off to deployment.
Transit revenue collection system
A bus fleet needed to collect, record, and report fare revenue without relying on manual cash handling. We researched existing fare collection systems, mapped the hardware constraints of a bus environment, and designed a custom unit from the ground up. The unit handles bill and coin intake, tamper-resistant storage, and real-time reporting to a cloud operations platform. The platform tracks fleet-wide revenue, flags anomalies, and generates the financial reports the company actually uses.
Personal services booking platform
Independent service businesses were running client relationships through spreadsheets, phone calls, and group chats. We studied how bookings, loyalty, and client history actually work in these operations, then designed a multi-tenant platform that handles all of it. Clients browse local businesses, book services, view their history, and activate recurring benefits. Owners manage their schedule, catalog, and client base from a single interface. The platform operates as a local discovery network across businesses, not just a back-office tool.
Residential community management platform
Gated community administrators were managing payments, visitor access, amenity reservations, and resident communications across disconnected tools — or none at all. We mapped the full administrative workflow, then built a multi-tenant platform where residents and administrators share one system with role-appropriate views. Residents pay fees, reserve amenities, register visitors, and receive community updates. Administrators manage the building, approve requests, and keep records without paper.
Regulatory filing automation bot
Accountants handling large client portfolios spent hours per client per period manually navigating government portals to file tax declarations. We analyzed the filing workflows for multiple declaration types, mapped the data inputs, and built an automation system that aggregates client financial data and submits completed filings without human intervention. Sold to accounting firms, it eliminates the repetitive document layer so accountants can focus on advisory work.
Padel court scoring system
Padel clubs had no reliable way to track live match scores on casual courts, forcing players to keep score in their heads or lose track entirely. We researched existing solutions, found them either too expensive or too fragile for daily club use, and built our own. Pressure sensors mounted on court walls detect wall strikes in real time. A companion display shows the live score, tracks game history, and supports multiple formats including pozos rotation for club nights. The system installs on existing courts without structural modification.

We work with companies who need a technical partner, not just a vendor. If you have a hard problem, we're interested.
